How do I make a booking on your website?: To book on our website just fill in the booking form on the right hand side. It is a simple process and once you complete it, we will send you a confirmation email.
What information do I need in order to book?: If we you want any Transfer, all we will require is your personal information. For Airport Transfer we require your flight number.
I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?: If you can’t find your route on our booking engine, please do not hesitate to email us at info@prague-in-motion.com
How do I pay for my transfer?: If you book via our online booking engine, you can pay by cash (Euros or Czech Koruna) or card.
Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?: If you wish to make more than one stop please email us the details to info@prague-in-motion.com
My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?: Yes, but please email us at info@prague-in-motion.com at 48 hrs before the transfer so we can arrange an alternative vehicle.

What luggage entitlement will I have?: The luggage allowance is one small bag and one large bag similar to the luggage allocation for a long haul flight.
Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?: If you are meeting the driver at Prague Airport or any other Airport, the driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall, holding a sign with your name (or your company logo).
What happens if I can’t locate my driver?: This should never happen as all our driver will be at the pick point at least 10 minutes early. In the event that you can’t find your driver call +420 778 078 078.
My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?: Yes, but please email us at info@prague-in-motion.com at 48 hrs before the transfer so we can arrange an alternative vehicle.
How long will the transfer take?: It obviously depends on the transfer. Transfers to and from Prague take anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour depending on traffic and the proximity of your hotel to the airport.
